Will I ever be able to forgive you?

For the shattered hopes and expectations, for the hurt and pain, for the broken promises, for the insults and provocations, for what I turned out to be because of your actions, for mindset and ideologies I developed because of the pains I went through...

Will I ever be able to forgive you?

For the broken trust, for the lies and denials, for the lack of self worth and value because of how I was treated, for giving so much but getting back little or nothing, for the stab in the back from someone I considered so close to me, for the betrayal from a trusted friend and confidant....

Will I ever be able to forgive you?

For the pains you caused me, for making me to loss the ones closest to me because of your actions and words, for depriving me of what rightfully belongs to me, of taking advantage of my weak and vulnerable self and my kind heart...

"To Ere is human but to forgive is Divine"... So says an adage but even if I forgive, will I ever be able to let go? will I ever be able to forget? Will that change me from the person your actions have turned me into? Will I ever be able to trust again?

This and many more are the questions in the heart of many....

Broken, shattered, torn, depressed, loss of self worth and value, revengeful, angry at the world and everyone, holding grudges, carrying wounds in the heart known only to them but hid from others which might take a lifetime to heal or might never even heal at all...

"Forgive and forget" they say but is it that easy? No one understands and no one might ever understand but listen... IT IS TIME TO LET GO.... Because the more and longer you hold on to these things, the more you hurt yourself and deprive yourself of the beauty that lies in store for you. When you hold on, it's like clenching your fist and a closed hand cannot receive anything... OPEN IT... LET IT GO... Don't let people's actions deprive you of being who you ought to be, the world doesn't have another you, you are one of a kind, you are the original of yourself, don't deprive the world of your wonderful manifestation because of people who don't value you or know your worth...

When you hold tight to the pains of the past, it will be difficult for you to receive God's new gift, Release whatever you are holding onto so that you can claim the promises of the Father... It might be so difficult to forgive but there is GRACE AVAILABLE IN ABUNDANCE.. Ask for it, key into it, maximize it and you will realize that THERE IS MORE TO YOU THAN YOU CAN SEE NOW, let go of the blindness that unforgiveness brings, Open up your heart to be free from all grudges and pains, Go back to God and tell it all to Him, HE IS A KIND, COMPASSIONATE FRIEND... You might never believe until you give Him a chance and you would be amazed at the depth of Love you find in Him and how willing he is to help you.. "We have not an High Priest who is not touched with the feelings of our infirmities but was in all point tempted like we are yet without sin"..

No wonder a song writer wrote WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS....OH WHAT NEEDLESS PAIN WE BEAR.. ALL BECAUSE WE DO NOT CARRY, EVERYTHING TO GOD IN PRAYER...

I know it is painful, I know it is hurting, I know no one understands but help yourself and LET IT GO, BREATHE IN THE FRESH AIR THAT COMES TO A HEART THAT IS FREE FROM ALL BURDENS OF UNFORGIVENESS...

Cry if you want, scream and shout if you want but LET IT GO.
